Instead of putting millions of dollars into a wall, we should direct some of those resources into fixing the 'bottle-necked' situation. We need more resources to initiate background checks and to conduct the necessary paperwork so that we can continue to legalize competitive labor. We depend on competitive labor and we need to fix our system so that we can do things the right way. We need to fix the system.
