The ultimate in taxation without representation, the Bush-Senate amnesty plan is revolutionary in its provocation and in its consequences. Perhaps we should stop calling the plan’s patron President Bush, and instead start calling him King George. Despite Dan Brown's disclaimers, his book and the movie version are attacks on Christianity. Liberalism's hopes for survival necessitate such unprovoked aggression. To send soldiers into war without a clear self-defense purpose, and without providing them every possible protection, is a betrayal of their valor and a violation of their rights. |
