Start at a bare minimum for all fathers no matter what their income. Doctors, Lawyers, Lawn Care, Corporate heads, bureaucrats, whatever. Child support should be based on nothing else but a bare minimum needed to support that child. The father can decide how much extra to give just like married fathers and custodial mothers do everyday. -Get rid of the Bradley amendment. -Punish with jail time and repayment by the taxpayers paternity fraud.
