No it’s not. All Democratic candidates are exempt since, by being Democrats, they’ve already shown their good intentions by supporting the “correct” political causes; and good intentions are what matter. 

Be that as it may, there was a story going around at the time that she had remarked, upon learning of Bill&#039;s Monica Lewinski affair, that, “I could have wrung his neck!” Perhaps she was upset because of his infidelity; or perhaps because it would be bad publicity and ruin her future political prospects, or both. In any case, she should not have found his behavior objectionable since he was only acting out what they both professed to believe in as a members of the free love, no commitment, moral relativity, counterculture generation.</description>
