Oh, the horror. Who but those dastardly neocons would have the bold-faced audacity to declare one state &quot;bad&quot; and another &quot;good&quot;? If Guilliani is stupid, or ignorant, or both, then at least you beat him in naivety. That another country, or &quot;state&quot;, if you prefer, in the world theatre does business with another country or state in the world theatre does not make that country or state necessarily stable, or modern, or peaceful, or reasonable. Global economics and national security are two separate things.</description>
