		<description>I join you in your wish that Europe would stop relying on the United States for security. Maybe when they do you can finally stop blaming the US for all of your problems, past, present and future, and take some responsibility for your own affairs. But I wouldn&#039;t count on it anytime soon. Without &quot;servitude&quot; to the US (in the most peculiar sense that the word has ever been used), and international interventionism to place the blame for European affairs upon, I&#039;m not sure your governments could even function as a political body.</description>
