I understood everything but the last sentence: "So let the crisp October air be filled with equally crisp play, as the boys of summer become men." What October play? The baseball season ended last Sunday, September 30; saw it with me own eyes, as Omar Minaya's Los Mets laid down and died. With apologies to Robbie Robertson. The day, the Mets laid down and died, And all the bells were ringin,' The day, the Mets laid down and died, And all the people were singin,' They went, na na na na na, Na na na na na na na na na....
