The author of his article http://www.tcsdaily.com/article.aspx?id=1019055 , researched out Chomsky’s financial holdings and found the same thing Terpstra found out about Gore: “Whereas readers of The Prospect found the top public intellectual in Chomsky, I found a poster child for modern-day capitalism and, because of his anti-capitalist views, a complete hypocrite.” Apparently, Terpstra needs change only a few words to make this quote fit Gore: “Whereas readers of <i>Time</i> found the top public environmentalist in Gore, I found a poster child for modern-day capitalism and, because of his anti-oil views, a complete hypocrite.” Noam Chomsky has been railing against capitalism for how long now?
