He routinely delivered to families with several children living in small apartments, many of which did not lack their share of expensive electronics. P.S. Lack of health insurance does not equal lack of health care, as the statement assumes. Not only that, but health insurance and health should be treated as separate issues. The average age of Americans has increased over the last 50 years. The infant death rate has declined.
