Obama is traveling to Denver, but is Colorado hungry for his politics? "I am proud to join with our lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender brothers and sisters in celebrating the accomplishments, the lives, and the families of all LGBT people during this Pride season,” reads one statement, on the Senator’s local website. So, will Hollywood convert Colorado?
In the Christian tradition, you hate the sin but love the sinner. Thus, Christians love transvestites, but hate their high heels. Obama’s Hollywood hates Christianity and Christians. And, assuredly, Islam is a religion of “peace” because Islamists like to kill all transvestites and burn their high heels. (Pick the moderate Katie Couric!)
Nevertheless, it pays to evaluate Obama’s anti-Christian teachings that apply to you and/or your state. Why? Because, Obama’s 20-year membership with one of America’s most sexually “progressive” denominations is extraordinary; because Obama fails to understand that there is a difference between the Old Testament and the New Testament; and because Obama praises his “transgender brothers” and celebrates their sexual “accomplishments.”

Team Obama refuses to talk about the LGBT photographs it edits and why. But, recall, that to question Obama is to “attack Obama.” So, for instance, followers must ignore the fact that LGBT groups “drag” children to their parades.
Your local Obama cell feels a great sense of devotion to the “lesbian soldier” because she allegedly “wants nothing more than to serve her country openly and honestly” – but undermines the rights of marines to pray in public, or wear crosses.7
Your Obama group wants the Red Feds to run over the states. “Let’s enact federal civil rights legislation to outlaw [so-called] hate crimes and protect [LGBT] workers against discrimination.” Judeo-Christian boundaries are allegedly mean.8
You may also feel pressure to adopt Obama’s values, thinking that other secular evangelists (in your workplace) may react negatively to you. In this context, you sacrifice your values for Hollywood, and trade your God for their Earth Mother.
Those who use the leader’s real name become accustomed to a plethora of organized political attacks. And, one must never remind people that Barack Hussein Obama was against smashing S. Hussein’s rape rooms. Free speech is “hate speech.”
Your leftwing political group’s definition of “Christianity” is suspiciously wide. So unnaturally therefore, marriage is not necessarily between a man and a woman (Jesus Christ’s view), but between Obama and Elton John’s fan club.
Leadership avoids debating channels and real town hall meetings, because Christians may raise “inconvenient questions.” What’s more “gag orders” exist in order to “cleanse” the media landscape. To expose Obama, is to “attack Obama.”

So there’s some nefariousness at work when people recognize other human beings as human? I don’t see this as politically correct, rather as humane.

How does this differ at all from what McCain’s people do? Or anyone who has ever actually run for PUSA and their handlers have done? I don’t know how that would play in Australia, but here it is de rigeur.

I’ve never seen or heard of blanket condemnations of Christians by any mainstream USA party. To do so would be suicidal with around 80% of the population identifying themselves as Christians.

I don;’t think anyone would deny the importance to human history of more than half of the historical population. Herstory is important as well as His-story. The “Founding Fathers also believed black Americans were only 3/5 of a person. Yes, USA life evolves, thank goodness. The “Founders” never imagined multi-national conglomerates or electric lighting either. We should go bacl to that to maintain purity? Nor, by and large were the ones we mostly read about Christian, they were primarily Deists.

Conservatives don’t bring their children to parades and rallies? Or is “drag” the operative word here? More liberal people “drag” their children? More conservative ones “carry” theirs? So far, “intellectual” doesn’t seem to apply.

I always wore a crucifix while serving in the U.S.A. military. It was military issued, in fact. That has changed? I rather think not. Anyone can pray publically legally; Jesus suggested that private prayer was more efficacious. Perhaps that should be noted?

Anyone in USA can subscribe to Judeo-Christian or any other viewpoints and boundaries. The problem arises when a group demands that everyone obey their sense of ultimate propriety. My rights end where yours begin and vice versa. Pretty simple in fact.

So “families” are only those that are Chritian, white, middle-to-upper class and heterosexual? Gays, lesbians, transgender people don’t “really’ have children and families? Surely you over-reach yourself again. As you’ve done throughout.

So all Christians are loving, compassionate and readily distinguish sinners and sins? While all Muslims are stone-cold killers? Read-up on that great “Islamist” bugaboo, Iran. They freely allow transgender people to not only exist, but even pay for their operations. A much more positive take than you are willing to give Muslims of all varieties.
I think it’s time that “you people” start to see that your “hype” goes nowhere anymore. You have cried ‘wolf’, or ‘fire’ far too often in the past thirty years to be believable anymore. I think you know that. The hysterical edge gets shriller & shriller with every passing day. Um, sounds like rejection to me, resounding rejection one would hope.
If we love the sinner, then why would we be opposed to allowing transgender people to get and keep jobs? Speaking of which… when did being weird become a sin? I don’t recall seeing “Thou shalt not change thy sex” in the bible. I think Obama’s childhood experiences as a black kid, as an american kid who spent several years in Indonesia schools, highlighted to him how hurtful it is to treat people different.

Just a couple of points. Would like to clarify the 3/5 ruling on blacks prior to the end of the Civil War.
This was an effort by anti slave forces to limit the population of slave states, in order to limit the representation level of those states in federal government.
Slave holders were all for counting slaves as a single person, as it gave their states a greater population, and thus more representation.
Also, Iran paying for gender change operations is not a signal of its enlightened, progressive attitude. Those who are found to be gender confused are forced to get their act together, as there is no tolerance for such behavior.
One either needs to be a man or a woamn, and homosexuality is not an option in Islamic societies. If the decision for a man is to be a woman, then a doctor is paid to snip off the appropriate parts. Problem solved, no freakish character anymore and no need to arrest the homosexual for crimes against Allah. He can disquise himself as a woman to the point he doesn’t offend.
As for equal treatment by businesses and such on hiring transvestites/transgendered people, I suppose I could go along as long as we support the businesses with tough laws to ensure they are not discriminated against because of their hiring practices.
Take a case of a restaurant owner who hires a large hairy man who comes to work in a dress and blond wig.
If a customer upon spotting him, turns and begins to head out the door to get a meal elsewhere, the business owner should have the right to stop and question him. If he determines that the large hairy blond makes the customer uneasy to the point he wants to take his business elsewhere, the owner should have recourse against him. This would be handled by a call to special sensitivity authorities.
Upon arrival, these enforcers will have power to support the business owner. Perhaps arrest powers or authority to let the cusomer off the hook if he sits down and orders.
It’s not enough to mandate that all manner of sexual identity manifestations be accommodated by business; we have to follow up with laws to prevent those businesses from being disciminated against by intolerant customers and clients.
