That is why I called my book FREEDOM v. A TYRANNY OF RIGHTS. It is sad that it has taken someone like Obama for people to recognize that their ‘rights’ are not some special gift from God, but a naïve concoction by (mostly) a bunch of French philosophers which, in turn, has given our enemies the perfect weapon to turn on us. I hope you do not confine your analysis of ‘rights’ to Obama bashing, but take a good hard look at just how silly these little things we call ‘rights’ really are!
