		<description>This is the same bait and switch that is always used to sell &quot;free&quot; government services. For most people, if they cannot see the money physically coming out of their wallet and being passed across the table, they do not place the same value upon it. That&#039;s why using a credit card online, or placing bets with valueless chips in a casino, is so much easier than pulling Benjamins out of your pocket and passing them across the counter. In reality, this is akin to saving money on your health insurance premiums by dropping your insurance coverage and using your savings to pay for health care. Apparently, 5 dollars paid to the government directly from your paycheck is different than 5 dollars paid to your insurance company from your bank account. Must be that &quot;new math&quot;.</description>
