Mr. Mgrdechian:

Re: "The constitution bans everything liberals do or try to do – from ... to bills of attainder (of which affirmative action and groupdividual are two obvious examples)."

I would add sexual harassment laws to your list because they target men. A blogger on another site wrote: "Given the fact that the administrators in businesses and schools are either scared of federal action, or are 'compliance officers' put in place specifically because they are feminists, it wasn't necessary to actually say 'males' to get that result."

The bottom line on why what liberals do or try to do being unconstitutional is that in order to make their Utopia possible, individuals' rights have to be taken away. Since we can't overtly do that, it must be disguised, as you point out; or, the emphasis has to shift from the individual to group rights.

The constitution bans everything liberals do or try to do - from controlling free speech (hate speech), to controlling the media (fairness doctrine) to trying to ban gun ownership, to eminent domain, to ex-post facto (as they are doing with the CIA and TARP recipients, to bills of attainder (of which affirmative action and groupdividual are two obvious examples). Since everything liberals do is the tyranny the constitution was meant to protect us from, the logical conclusion is liberalism = tyranny. Liberals are just better at disguising (at least superficially) it as benevolence.

"...groupdividual is the exact method and means by which liberals can repeatedly get away with exercising their endless stream of bigotry, hatred, preferential treatment and outright discrimination."

Isn't this why the Constitution bans bills of attainder?
