Conservatives can survive the end of Fox News as we know it is because conservatives have proven to be expert communications guerrillas. [...] The author of this horror, like the federal ending of abortion, was an arrogant, insulated federal judiciary but the victims bear scars today which no legal balm will ever cure. [...] The mere presence of a moderately well funded conservative candidate running in the Democrat primary will force leftists to stay home and not vote in their enemy’s primary or to risk having a conservative win the Democrat primary. [...] Santorum and Bachmann will eventually back Gingrich, and he will seal up the nomination quickly as conservatives flock to him. [...] The left ignores reality and uses misleading terminology to fool people into buying into their misguided way of thinking. The ACLU does not mean Anti-Christian League of the Ungodly because American Civil Liberties Union sounds much nicer. [...] Rick Santorum should not be mocked, but should be commended for bringing his critically ill newborn son Gabriel into the world, giving him a chance at life. Instead, the left mocks those on the right who try to uphold good family values. [...] Gingrich has proposed a straightforward and proper means of restoring government to the people and their elected. Rather than scurry in timid fear of an angry establishment, we ought to embrace his plan. [...] What about the distrust that many conservatives feel for Gingrich? It may be hard for us to understand, but Winston Churchill was thoroughly disliked and mistrusted by the leadership of his Conservative Party. [...] Forbes Magazines lists the place with the highest income in America as Falls Church City, Va.. Consider over the last four elections how well the Democrat running for the highest office did in that county. [...] Gingrich is both glib and brilliant. He will not be stumped by the media. He also understands Congress. [...] An analysis of how Republicans could win back the Senate. [...] Why not ask each candidate who wants our vote in a primary or support in a caucus to sign a more general document which embraces the salient points of conservatives – a Contract with Conservatives - which does not need to get into minutia but which is a catechism of conservatism. [...] In the perversion of modern politics, voting has been transformed from a right into a duty. It is hard to imagine anything sillier. [...] Harold Hamm has come up with the best analysis of our nation's oil and gas potential, which some of the GOP presidential candidates understand. [...] Leftism, without labor, is a menagerie of distasteful exhibits in a carnival freak show. [...] Why would anyone want his own people poor? It has nothing to do with money or with markets or with any other aspect of conventional economics. [...] The left wants a national democracy rather than a republic. They want to change our presidential election process to elect a president based upon a popular vote rather than our current representative system which protects states' rights. [...] How a more conservative Democrat could take Obama out. [...] Is Social Security really a Ponzi scheme? [...] Everyone is talking about Marco Rubio possibly becoming a vice-presidential nominee. But his father did not apply for naturalization until Marco was four years old. Is he eligible? [...] The greatest problem our nation faces is the usurpation of state power by the federal government. Polls suggest that voters now get that truth. [...] There are many reasons why a Perry-Rubio ticket could be the most formidable GOP ticket. [...] "Moderation" in personal behavior is wise and virtuous. Political "moderation" of the kind espoused by Jon Huntsman means cowardice and demands prostitution to some notional center. [...] In some sad ways, the world is the same as 75 years ago. The Moscow Trials lack parallel in modern life except in Orwell's dystopian horror, 1984. So much evil sprang from communism. [...] Working as a cog in some vast organization is the grim fate of most young Americans. Why not offer an Un-College Fund instead of the typical college scholarships through which young men and women could open a small business in some field that interests them? Even more than that, an Un-College Fund would protect our [...] |
