The Republican Party should understand that the 2010 midterm elections were not an endorsement of the GOP by the voting public. [...] For all his talk of “change,” the only things that seem to change where Obama is concerned are his positions on issues. [...] The current presidential campaign season brings with it a sense of the bizarre – bizarre in that the “front-runners” in the Republican Party bear more resemblance to Bill Clinton than they do to Ronald Reagan or Barry Goldwater. [...] The government is currently investigating more than sixty “stolen valor” cases where people have made false claims about their military service. [...] Those who equate Ron Paul or Pat Buchanan with Code Pink could not be further from the truth. [...] Meet Carlos X. Carrillo, national disgrace. [...] All across our nation, concerned citizens called their senators and told them no to amnesty, no to rewarding lawbreakers, no to “z-visas.” [...] The Amnesty President is telling us that those who oppose his plan "don’t want to do what’s right for America." [...] Illegal alien drug smugglers now have “Civil Rights.” [...] The only “surge” we need is one on our own border. [...] As millions of aliens come streaming across our border legally and illegally, cities like Miami could well become the norm. [...] The GOP cheerleader finally tells it like it is. [...] “The fence” is only the first step in securing the border. [...] Reading Alan Caruba reminds me of the old saying that compares public speaking to a skirt — that it should be short enough to hold your interest, but long enough to cover the subject. [...] Congressman Tom Tancredo (R-CO) said, “Today is a good day for America. The Senate – in a rare moment of clarity – rejected its amnesty-now, enforcement-later approach to immigration.” Tancredo went on to add, “If the Senate is serious about sending real security legislation to the President’s desk this year, it must take a [...] |
