I do not like thee, Dr. Fell. The reasons why I cannot tell. But this I know and know full well: I do not like thee, Dr. Fell. B.S. I can say and have said why. But I will support you as the Republican candidate. [...] There never was a balanced budget going back to the Republican Revolution of 1994. [...] Guess which Democrats pushing SOPA received lavish amounts of money from Hollywood and the entertainment industry? [...] Words such as “stupid” are looked down upon with disdain, yet what better word could be used to describe the ones who have created the sorry mess in government that filters down into every day life? [...] So if you complain about a do-nothing Congress, I ask, what is it exactly that you want them to "do," whom do you think they'll "do" it to, and what do you think will be done to you? [...] Time to boot them out, not just the Democrats but the Republicans in Congress who have sold us out. [...] Republicans control the House, so why can't they repeal the ban on incandescent light bulbs? [...] Why does Congress get away with insider trading while Martha Stewart goes to prison? The practice of Congress exempting itself from laws that apply to the rest of us must come to an end or vote them all out. If anything, Congress should be held to higher ethical standards, not lower than the rest of [...] Events in New Hampshire suggest that Mitt Romney is emerging as America’s best hope of derailing the Obama march to totalitarianism [...] The Republicans did not vote to end Medicare. [...] The graph or scale of conservatism has been sliding to the left for a long time. Conservatism and capitalism suffered a severe blow when our idiot politicians agreed to the Obama Social Security Tax Cuts for 60 days. Social Security does not have enough money to pay for its obligations. [...] President Obama has threatened to use executive actions, since Congress will not work with him. [...] Congress' inability to properly deal with the budget and related issues may be a matter of political will. [...] It's past time for Congress to "tear up" the U.S. Treasury's credit cards. [...] These clowns in Washington signed a bill that will stimulate the economy with about $40 billion dollars we don’t have! That is only for 60 days of stimulation. [...] Gingrich has proposed a straightforward and proper means of restoring government to the people and their elected. Rather than scurry in timid fear of an angry establishment, we ought to embrace his plan. [...] Here we go again! [...] Has John Jakes' 1963 short novel become an effective reality in modern American politics? [...] When our elected representatives operate with a total disregard for the rule of constitutional authority and law, it is only a matter of time before the people disregard the law as well. [...] Just about everyone who pays taxes will receive this $40 billion dollar bonanza for TWO MONTHS. But the folks who are forced to take out a mortgage or refinance will be saddled with paying for this $40 billion dollars for a long time. [...] Progressive stuff that strikes me as really, really funny! [...] Why is the Democratic Senate blocking the bill’s path between Capitol Hill and the White House signing desk, and pushing the bill the House rejected instead? Because Harry Reid doesn’t like how the House version is paid for. [...] I actually agree with those liberals emailing me that everyone should indeed “pay their fair share” of taxes. Of course I disagree with them on what that “fair share” should be. [...] There is more to the payroll tax cut extension than the Democrats and their comrades in the media are letting on. The GOP presidential candidates are split down the middle over it. The misinformation is so bad that an apolitical friend of mine wrote her GOP Senator upset about a provision that didn't even exist [...] Jack took advantage of the “me time” the feds gave him in Cumberland Prison to propose two reforms to clean up some of the mess he reveled in before his unfortunate incarceration. Three good ideas, regardless of the source, that have as much chance of being enacted as Ron Paul does of being President. [...] |
