Is Komen finally backing away from supporting barbaric abortion practices, or did it backslide? Planned Parenthood doesn't even provide mammograms, so why is Komen funding it? A close look at what really happened last week. [...] President Obama believes government, and by extension himself, to be the savior of Man. [...] Sermon given at Charleston Baptist Church on January 22, the anniversary of Roe v. Wade. A look at what the Bible says about unborn babies, and two of our most treasured musicians who very likely might have been aborted by today's standards. [...] Obama has been hiding stuff for about five years. How come goons like Ross are not out there interviewing Obama’s classmates? [...] Obama had the nerve to issue a statement in favor of abortion on the anniversary of Roe v Wade, the one day out of the year prolifers rally around the country to promote life. [...] The Obama administration's new HHS contraception mandate is an "attack on conscience" and "a direct assault on the religious freedom of individuals and institutions." America's Catholic bishops and others should be commended for fighting this mandate. [...] Explaining the behavior of men and women featured on the Jerry Springer show. [...] Those who belong to the world do indeed hate Tim Tebow. He stands for much of what our postmodern popular culture despises: sexual purity within the bonds of natural marriage, the sanctity of human life, selflessness, personal charity, humility and much, much more. [...] Rick Santorum should not be mocked, but should be commended for bringing his critically ill newborn son Gabriel into the world, giving him a chance at life. Instead, the left mocks those on the right who try to uphold good family values. [...] We have more agreements than disagreements and should make the most of our agreements. [...] It is time for quotas and reverse discrimination to go. Keep in mind up until the 1960’s most women did not go to college. So you can see that the old cooks that sit on the boards of today would mostly be old white men. [...] Only pharmacies with religious objection, as Ralph’s Thriftway which objects to dispensing the Plan B abortion pill, are held accountable to stock and dispense designated drugs when regular customers request them. [...] I'm not arguing that Cain is innocent – he might be – I'm arguing that the way we treat sexual harassment claims as sacrosanct has gone too far and will end up backfiring on accusers. [...] Why haven’t I spoken of this horrific incident before? It was apparently so traumatic that I blocked out the entire event. It is hard to conceive that women who believe Herman Cain is a monster would remain silent and allow him to continue to prey on other women for all these years. [...] When it comes to “inappropriate touching of a person or a person’s clothing; kissing, hugging, patting, stroking,” one only need watch the latest Superbowl halftime hijinks or most any modern musical performance to believe that this behavior is not only to be welcomed, but very often rewarded. [...] Do you think a person with a history of sexual harassment can be trusted? [...] On such flimsy evidence as a Coke can or a hand gesture and comment about one’s height, the entire character of a man is held in question… yet water was carried for a John Edwards until the NATIONAL ENQUIRER did the journalistic job the mainstream press WOULDN’T do and presented incontrovertible evidence that finally proved [...] Conservatives have been warning for weeks that the left would most certainly engage in just such behavior once Cain’s star began to rise. However, it was not long before the advent of the Clinton Presidency thoroughly discredited such claims and, more significantly, proved the entire liberal/Democrat establishment to be entirely phony in its professed concern [...] There have been two political movements in our American culture recently in reaction to the perceived unfair treatment of the female. One was to obliterate the difference between the sexes, the so-called unisex fashion, and the other was to incorporate some of the prerogatives of the male in the female, the so-called feminine liberation, which [...] To call the penis a symbol of masculinity is incorrect, for it fails to convey the significant value of that gender to the race. An upraised fist, a bulging muscle, a protective arm around the shoulder would stand for maleness much better, and in fact have been adopted by certain organizations already. [...] Hillary Clinton is criticizing Herman Cain's qualifications? Her school of success involves marrying a snake-oil salesman extraordinaire, clinging to him like grim death even through his decades of serial adultery, and riding his coattails to success. [...] Some women complained about my generalization in a previous article that women tend to support statist candidates. But the problem with blanket condemnations of generalizations – which are frequently accurate – is that they shut down debate. [...] Fanatics disrupt a hearing screaming "safe" and "legal." For a minute there I thought they wanted the baby to survive, until I recalled that feminists don’t associate “reproductive health care” with actual reproduction. [...] Women crave security. The problem is when a bigger government is made to resemble family security, women will gravitate towards statist candidates. [...] Which presidential candidate will the voters lean towards because he or she looks the most appealing as a president? [...] |
