Vote On Monday

I have been watching this debacle with Judge Kavanaugh for almost two weeks now, and thee are some thoughts that I need to share.

I can come to no other conclusion that Judge Kavanaugh has been railroaded. Debra Katz, the lawyer for the accuser and a vice chair of the Project on Government Oversight, a Soros Funded entity is doing nothing more than to run out the clock on the Judges nomination. It all started back at a meeting with Sen. Feinstein in July with the agenda of using this false accusation for the mort impact.

Although having the letter from the accuser, Feinstein neither discussed this with the Judge nor was it brought up during the days and days of hearings which the Democrats turned into a circus. Now, these same buffoons are pushing an allegation with no substance.  I am not an attorney, but even I know that the who, when, where and why of the allegation need to be known for the allegation to have any substance.

Even the original letter which was requested by Chairman Grassley has not been given to the Committee.  Feinstein refuses to give an unredacted copy to anyone other than her caucus. She claims it is to protect the anonymity of the “victim”. We know who the victim is now, after being leaked by Feinstein or another Democrat who has the actual unredacted letter.

The braying by the media, celebrities and progressive socialist trying to bring down Trump is appalling in calling what they allege happened as rape. This does a disservice to not only Judge Kavanaugh, but to any woman who may find herself an actual victim of sexual assault and rape. Politicizing of this allegation will do immense damage to anyone in the future who makes an allegation that can be substantiated. Even Feinstein let slip the fact that she can’t say anything in the letter is truthful.

The media clutch their pearls and wring their hands about the threats that the accuser has received. No mention has been made about the threats that the Kavanaugh family have received. Could it be because those whining the most feel that the Judge and his family deserve what comes to them? Violence is becoming more and more a part of the progressive socialist agenda.

Politicians who should know better, Kamala Harris, Kirstin Gillibrand, and Amy Klobuchar have both proclaimed that the foundational belief that all are innocent until proven guilty is not appropriate to this case. Can either of the politicians explain why the Constitution does not apply in this case? They say “reasonable doubt” does not apply in this case, and, in fact, her case does not even need to be proven. Does that mean the rule of law does not apply in any case like this? Can any woman just make an accusation and destroys a person’s reputation and like just on her claims? Is there no need for a silly little thing like evidence of any kind, because there is NONE here. Just a bunch of hyper-partisan loudmouths who scream and bray about what they demand. The demands are false and are against the laws of our country. This is not the Soviet Union, and two women who think they are superior to the wishes of the American people can not change the fact that the lies they spew are no changing anyone’s mind. An unproven accusation made with no corroborating evidence will not be allowed by the American people to undermine our democracy. How can such a statement be made by these and others when none of them, I repeat, NONE OF THEM, have ever met or spoken to the accuser.

Another icon of the press and former White House lawyer for Barack Obama Kate Shaw, has put forth a column stating that presumption of innocence, the burden of proof, the right to confront the accuser are not needed in this case. In her diatribe, she states that what is important isn’t law as much as politics. For a lawyer such as she is to state that fact-finding for a supposed serious criminal accusation is beyond the pale for any lawyer. She should know that the ideological makeup of her argument sounds like the trial courts under Stalin. Show me the man and I will show you the crime isn’t working for Mueller and it will not work in this case. Our leaders are not the commissars of Stalin’s Soviet Union.

The American people will not stand for it or the damage being done not only to women by this false accusation and delaying tactic but to the rule of law in this country.

A troubling underside of this are the same people are declaring that all men are the same. Braindead politicians like Hirono, Blumenthal, Durbin, Schumer, and such deep thinkers as the idiotic Joy Behar show contempt for all men who are not limp-wristed #MeToo pantywaists. Even groping Joe Biden woke from his nap to proclaim that all men should be presumed guilty until proven innocent. If that is the case, why is Ellison still honored by the DNC?

The lawyers for the accuser demand that Judge Kavanaugh testify first, and in fact, he has already done so. In that way, there can be no rebuttal to her lies, no response to anything she may say. This is not the way our justice system works. The accused has a right to face and respond to all allegations.

Too many times the conservatives have babied this grown woman in order to placate the progressive socialist and their liberal media flunkies. If she once again decides to make more stupid demands, tell her no, hold the vote on Monday, and let the whining little pieces fall where they may. It is time to move on, time to bring the rule law back to our courts, and time to start throwing those who lie to the American people in jail

The vote won’t be held on Monday and if it ever is held, Flake is going to vote “present” which means the nomination never leaves the committee.
There is no difference between R and D except that one is in front of the other in the alphabet.

I agree with your overall assesment. Railroaded and led to believe his confirmation would go thru without any delay…yet the other half of the aisle had ulterior motives from the get go. They never intended to vote for Kavanaugh, so why the delay?…other than to smaer his good name personally, which is what they couldn’t do professionally. Its a disgrace when a person for this SCOTUS position is beyond competent/capable of being a good justice, but the Democrats don’t want their Liberal courts to be neutralized.

Republicans are just as complicit, for not standing up to the crooked Democrats, for not supporting the voters who elected them, for not supporting the Constitution, which is the foundation that makes this country what it is today.

The inmates have taken over the asylum…literally.

…So, if we are to sit in judgment of two children, 35 years after the fact, it might be useful in gaining perspective to look at the High School Year Books. Of course, it doesn’t say much about the two individuals involved, accuser and accused, both of whom are on trial in the public mind, but what else do we have to go on? “She said, he said” isn’t probative evidence. However, we do have some evidence of the Holton Arms Girls School of 35 years ago, and the social, ethical environment it spawned. Here’s a block-buster. Read it, and laugh! Apparently, some of the girls were as bad as some of the boys.
