How President Biden Hijacked the Patriot Act to Destroy Conservatives and the Republic -- and How To Stop Him Now

By executive fiat alone, President Biden recently anointed himself with similar powers Hitler was given by the German Diet and Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau was temporarily granted by a reluctant Parliament.  In dictatorial fashion, President Biden secretly devised powers not granted to the President or Federal government by the Constitution, Amendments, or Congress.  This is part and parcel of the DNC's long history using corrupt lawyers to carry out illegal actions taking decades to undo --- if ever.  The most recent was the hijacking of the 2020 election via a nationwide aRube Goldberg operation impossible to correct before Inauguration day.  It could not be reversed later without throwing the nation into Constitutional crisis the Supreme Court declined to hear despite Sydney Powell's heroic work.

On February 7th, 2022, the Department of Homeland Security issued a Terrorist Advisory Bulletin declaring everyone disagreeing with CPUSA / DNC dicta to be presumed terrorists. 

As authorized in the Patriot Act of 2001, DHS and all branches of federal government are empowered to legally misuse all assets of the war on terror to intercept communications, wire transfers, bank accounts, assets, and do warrantless deep searches on Conservatives and honest scientists disagreeing with government narratives.  Black Lives Matter and Antifa, who terrorized the nation for the past two years, are not mentioned in the Bulletin. They have a free pass to continue terrorizing and destroying government and private property -- now exceeding $2-billion dollars in damage.  Federal government now has the legal power to impose transgender brainwashing, election-stealing, government-sponsored drug abuse, abortion schemes, persecution of Christians, and any other agenda on the nation.

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas recently ordered social media companies to collect information on conservative "terrorists".  On March 17, 2022, Mayorkas announced a new 33-member Security Advisory Council to determine who to go after and formulate strategy to punish them.  Mayorkas previously stated that everyone in DHS has been vetted to prevent conservatives serving in DHS -- rendering DHS under total control of devout Communist activists. A powerful command and control operation has been established collecting information from social media and schools (misusing Parents As Teachers "in loco parentis" statutory power).   Hospitals and doctors have recently issued new health questionnaires building broad non-medical dossiers on patient political inclinations to be fed to the "truth ministry".

Under hijacked authority of the Patriot Act, all conservatives are presumed terrorists subject to expulsion from work, public life, and schools.   Mandatory social and public media "disinformation" control by DHS is being set up now.  Children magnetically attracted into secret LBGTQ power machinery can be taken from parents who unknowingly deny them "affirmative emotional and physical care".  Second Amendment rights may legally be abridged under the Patriot Act to seize guns and assets of Patriots.  Conservative organizations may have assets seized and tax IDs revoked, and states could be required to cancel corporate charters and seize assets.  It appears President Biden may now be able to call up State National Guard to police or persecute red states.

GOP leader Kevin McCarthy found this to be an unacceptable attack on the First Amendment.   While technically correct, he is apparently unaware the deck is stacked against conservatives in the courts.  Under the guise of "safetyism", DHS is executing President Biden's National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism, an "emergency" force-play subrogating Constitutional and states rights in the name of public safety.  This is why the Young Americans for Freedom were marched off the St. Louis University Campus by police, with campus admins taking names of students involved for later evisceration.

Democrats perfected three methods to defease the Constitution and State's Rights:
 

1. The Supreme Court only hears about 1% of cases sent up.  Communists win by default in 99% of cases when conservatives appeal to SCOTUS.   Secondly, the federal government has endless resources to abuse the public and eviscerate State's Rights with little fear of immediate repercussion. 
2. Communists know that very few families have the resources to file or win cases.  By focusing on abusing individuals, the public loses nearly all the time for lack of money, coupled with a desperate paucity of qualified attorneys willing to litigate these entirely new areas of case law. People's peaceful protests become DHS justification for using the Patriot Act to prevent "violence" (code language to abort possible emergence of a second civil war to restore state's rights and the Republic). 
3. Actions of the Left create a sea of consequential issues resulting in conservatives litigating from the bottom-up instead of the top-down.  Conservatives consistently fight uphill battles, swamping courts and reducing chances they can get cases heard by the Supreme Court.  Conservatives also have a long history not litigating with persuasive peer-reviewed science in evidence, and failing to effectively aver equal rights claims of the Left necessary to consistently win cases.  Litigating morals, tradition, and Constitution does not supercede equal rights (equitable) issues courts are designed and expected to decide.
4. By not litigating issues at the riverhead, conservatives end up with courts reticent to overturn Presidential and Gubernatorial emergency orders.   It is well known that courts traditionally defer to Executive actions done in emergency situations.  Communists know they can systemically execute unconstitutional actions destroying the people with little risk of reversal or ever facing punishment.

Militarized Communism is the most dangerous threat to the Republic in the history of the United States.  President Biden has established a military dictatorship. Throughout history, dictators brutally eliminate anyone disagreeing with them to seize control.  Once in power, more aggressive elimination is necessary to stay in power forever.  Since becoming a "Manchurian candidate" apparatchik fronting for the Communist Party USA, we witnessed President Biden expel all non-progressives from the military, federal branches, medicine, universities to assure chokehold control of economy, public policy, media, academics, and speech.

During phase 1 of President Biden's new oligarchy, schools are forcing kids to answer periodic school questionnaires turning in parents not fully agreeing with administration sophisms on guns, sexual preference, critical race theory, vaccination, abortion, and other Communist mandates. On college campuses, conservatives will be driven out as they were in the military and administrative branches.  Renditions to put gun manufacturers and shops out of business will be high on their priority list followed by disarmament of Patriots.  President Biden's threats to "violent" conservatives will be expanded.  Student loyalists (having no employable job skills) are guaranteed powerful jobs toggling levers of power in ever-expanding government and woke corporations upon graduation.

President Biden is now executing a classic Communist revolutionary model.  He blames the consequences of his actions on victims, galvanizing street acolytes to drive a summer of organized progressive violence rendering "government ungovernable".  His attack on the entire populace is a cultural revolution not unlike Chairman Mao's. 

There is only one way to immediately stop the Communist takeover of the United States.  It is very simple.

State Attorney Generals must immediately seek a federal injunction and emergency stay order nullifying the entirely fraudulent Terrorist Advisory.  State AGs have statutory standing and duty to protect state's rights when arbitrarily trampled by out-of-control federal government and to stop egregious economic and civil rights harm to citizens.  Article III, Section 2, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution virtually guarantees a win in a case style of historic significance. President Biden has indicated full intent to misuse his powers to violently overthrow the Republic, and previously did so during the January 6th false-flag operation. Texas, Florida, Virginia, West Virginia are in position to lead the challenge.   All Patriots must take immediate action to encourage their attorney general to act.   Patriots in those states should organize to educate and motivate their Attorney General to immediately file suit. 

We need only one attorney general willing to make history stopping the Communist takeover of the United States.  Old Hickory, where are you?
